We have all been there.
We know what we need to do.
We maybe even started and then...procrastination gets the best of us.
It sucks away our time, our confidence and our commitment to what we want to create. It can be for a few minutes, an hour, days or even weeks.
I was in the depths of procrastination last week and decided in that moment (after a couple hours of "productive" but not important work meaning not the stuff that would move me closer to my goals in a big way) that not only did I need to use the tools I know that will get me moving again on the real work but I needed to share them with you as well.
So, if you've never procrastinated, don't listen. This isn't for you. But, if you have (or are right now because you found this while scrolling social media), this is for YOU!
