Leadership lessons learned:
Failure alone is a moment, it’s what you do after that creates growth. Say what’s on your mind, say it early and be direct. Help teams find trust in each other, it will enable them to perform in the tough moments. Take time to understand each team members backstory , understanding motivations will help you in a crisis situation. Never let yourself become a know-it-all, be a lifelong learner Don't get caught up in your mistakes, it is how you handle it that will make you a strong leader. Follow your passion, the rest will follow.
