This week Kelly and I answer a question from Sophie about how to develop a thick skin in the Fitness industry and improving your self-confidence to put yourself "out there" more.
We chat about receiving negative feedback and constructive criticism in person, on emails, in classes and on social media and how we both deal with it.
Criticism/Feedback can be damaging, hurtful and really knock your confidence but over the years we have learnt how to come out on top and use feedback to grow personally and professionally.....as painful as it is at time.
