Today I am interviewing Heather Robertson, and she has an amazing story! Heather lost 170 pounds. And more importantly, not only has she lost 170 pounds, but she's maintained that loss for eight years now. We talk a lot about this idea of maintenance as a mindset. Also make sure you listen until the end, Heather has an amazing answer to the question of how she got to the place where she didn't resent it and she didn't feel restricted with what she needed to do to maintain her weight.
