I have wanted to talk about this topic for a long time. How do you be intimate with your partner when you don't like your body?
(Except that my Dad, Mom, Grandma and entire family follow me, so it's not something they need to hear me talk about.😂​)
But it's an important one.
Why?
Because we usually avoid this like the plague when we don't like our bodies.
Forget intimacy, we don't even want to look at ourselves naked in front of the mirror!
So if you struggle with how you look, worry about weight, and/or are terrified to have someone see your body as it is now, then this is a must listen.
