He is currently the owner of YogaBody - a company that teaches trapeze yoga to individuals throughout the world. In this episode, he discusses with us the connection between the mind and body and how movement can help to connect us to our mental state. In this day and age, we are bombarded with emotions and Lucas discusses how we can control our emotions through initiating movement in our life.
