🍝 When I start working with women on their health journey to lose weight, one of the first things I do is look at what they are eating and what changes we can make in their diet. Especially when it comes to carbs.
🍝 Carbs are not bad, but if your body isn’t burning fat the way it should, it could be because of carb overload. Eating a low carb diet for a few weeks at the start of your health journey can help you burn fat and kickstart weight loss.
🍝 Unfortunately, with the rise in popularity of low carb and keto diets, some people stick with these diets for too long. When that happens, the body experiences negative side effects.
