Lucas: Dear dr. Cabral,First of all I’d like to thank you for your daily podcast. They’ve been educating, teaching and changing me in my everyday life. Moreover, your mission of spreading knowledge about health and well-being helped me to change everyday being, and of my family and friends.I am not the one the ask for help (I’ve been blessed with good health) But this is a special circumstance, for my dear friend. I live in Amsterdam and have been blessed to part of a very warm, ambitious, intelligent, fun loving group of friends.Since December 2019 one of my best girlfriends have been diagnosed with Ehlers danlos type 4 (vascular). Apparently it has been running in her family. Her mother got paralyzed passed away and her uncle passed away as well.I’ve done your 21 day detox last August of 2019. I’m a ex-Prof athlete, and especially since then I believe in the healing power of your body and the teaching of Ayurveda and it’s healing methods.Could you please help me by helping out explain the nature of this disease and how to possibly solve it.I and my social circle appreciate everything you do. Joelle: Hi dr Cabral,I have questions about babies 1 yr up.My daughter who is 1 constantly gets ear infections, you spoke of garlic oil and and drops from herb pharm that you put in your daughters ears, is this for all ages? Also you have been speaking of red meat and how we should only eat it once a week does this go for children as well? The nurses and drs here are saying babies/children should be eating meat once a day every day. I’m torn between listening to them and myself and feeling guilty when I reduce her meat intake... what do you think?Thanks!
Kelly: Hi Dr Cabral, thank you for the knowledge you provide. I have done your CBO protocol twice without cheating during both and I still test positive to candida and my symptoms are still the same. I used the GSE drops and GI balance and it still hasn't fixed it yet. I obviously don't want to do a third CBO because as the saying goes doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is the definition of insanity. I only had low levels of heavy metals and wasn't told anything about mold from my tests. What would you recommend me doing now?
Kelly: Hi Dr Cabral, I know you don't recommend doing the carnivore diet for a long period and I agree with you but do you think that it could help over short periods to help get rid of candida, especially after doing two CBO protocol? Also, would it be good as an extreme elimination diet if I am sensitive to oxalates and lectins?
John: Hi Dr Cabral, Thank you in advance for your help. I was taking a steroidal nasal spray for my dust mite allergy that was helping a lot. I must have histamine intolerance or mast cell activation because I also have never been able to push myself too hard in the gym without my nose running crazy for 3 days. After about a month on the nasal spray, I started getting bad anxiety out of nowhere. I believe that the nasal spray has done something to my H3 receptor causing the anxiety, what do you think may have happened or what could be causing the anxiety? I have ordered your Histpro but I am not that hopeful of it helping even though it i natural because antihistamines do help stop my nose from running if I go too hard at the gym but don't stop the anxiety. Am I right in saying that antihistamines only work on the H1 and H2 receptors and that is why it is not helping the anxiety? Please help
