Host Brad Kearns welcomes another podcast host to the show for a 'getting real" conversation about the habitual overtraining patterns of Type-A, highly motivated, goal-oriented fitness enthusiasts. Brad kicks off the show with a challenge statement to athletes listening: "What are you all about, what is your true purpose for pursuing your fitness goals?"
