Right now many of our freedoms have been limited, or taken away, so at first glance this week’s theme sounds counter-intuitive: Be Free + Indulge.
But, it’s actually reminding us to indulge our soul, our inner voice and intuition (rather than too much Netflix and food). Soul indulgence is how we’re to find our true freedom, because it exists “in here” not “out there”.
