Today's guest is Jared Koch, the founder and CEO of Clean Plates and Clean Plates Academy.
After a very successful business career, Jared went back to school to become a nutritional consultant and health coach certified by the Teachers’ College of Columbia University, the Global Institute for Alternative Medicine and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
It was through his own health journey that he founded Clean Plates in 2009, an online platform for people to discover good food, tips for good health and to practice simple lifestyle tips. Jared is an industry thought leader and he speaks frequently on the topic of nutrition and wellness at organizations such as Google, Bank of America, Sony, WellPoint, Merrill Lynch, MTV and Time Warner. He has also appeared on the following shows: Access Hollywood, Today in New York, and Good Day LA.
Jared believes in offering individuals and groups, that are committed to living a more conscious, healthier lifestyle, the education, inspiration, resources, and support they need to be able to do so.
