This week’s theme is Soul Mate and it might not be what you think! Your soul mate doesn’t just mean a romantic partner. It’s the relationship between two souls that allow each of them to learn from each other. We talk about the importance of such a relationship while we are in the midst of this pandemic.
In today’s episode, we are also asked to explore and connect with our inner child. To understand how we may perceive our relationships and any resistance or tension within them. By healing that core wound, we can greatly improve our connection to others right now, by first reconnecting to ourselves.
