I want to talk about domestic abuse today and my experience with it. I was in an abusive relationship for over 2 years and I feel compelled to tell my story in detail in part because domestic violence is at critical levels with the lockdowns. A massive trigger warning on this episode, I talk about: emotional abuse, violence, sexual abuse, alcoholism, financial abuse, forced dieting and mentions of food, very brief mention of a pedophile and rape.
