Kate is a rockstar runner and overall human. She found trail running as a young adult and quickly became successful at long distances including a 1st female finish at Echo Valley 100km, and qualifying for Boston in her first ever road race, the BMO Vancouver Marathon. We chat about losing yourself for a few years after high school and then finding your place in the world.
