We are unsure what the new normal is going to be, but for many of us we are starting to see some changes. Wendy asks this week if you could take a bit of time to think about what positive changes you have made during lockdown and what you would like to keep.
Wendy would love it if everyone could continue with the hourly walk that the government made part of our new routine. Wendy has been running a few times a week and although she is slow she is enjoying it and wants to keep doing that going forward. She has also been enjoying an evening walk with her dog and her husband, catching up on each-others day without distractions such as the phone and TV. Is this something that resonates with you?
