Today I had the privilege of interviewing a fellow life coach, Sarah Braithwaite, on the topic of gut health and stress.
Sarah knows a lot about gut health, but what I enjoyed most about this conversation was that she is not only well-rehearsed in the topic but has experienced everything first hand. After being diagnosed with a rare auto immune disease at age 15, she later hit rock bottom in her mid 20’s and was debilitated and bed bound with pain, inflammation and fatigue. By tackling her gut health, she was able to pull through and regain her health.
It's a powerful story and she goes on to share how we too can take control of our gut health to ensure we thrive in the face of stress, with a few simple actionable's.
