In this episode, I offer a practice to help you get out of your head and into your body as we all experience the uncertainty and anxiety of the ultra VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambigous) world of COVID-19. To do this practice well, we must adopt three beliefs:
1. 99.9% of reality is energy
2. Our minds and bodies work together to make sense of the world
3. We have three brains in our body: the head, the heart, and the gut
