The big question we tackle is if black lives seem to matter today, will they matter to organisations, people and government tomorrow? As a diversity and inclusion expert, he says his job shouldn’t even exist in this world. Through the episode we talk about whether there’s a solution, what the accountability needs to be, protesting during covid, why he didn’t post a black square, and how to start tackling the deep rooted racism and stereotyping in society.
