Direct messages aka DMs provide us all with amazing ways to connect to people on social media, form friendships and build relationships. But these precious little messages also get abused - a lot- and that's what today's podcast is all about. When you shouldn't send that damn DM... because these are really, really important. What's more, EVERYTHING I talk about in this podcast has happened to me or people I know in one way or another.
I chat about DMs that are unpleasant, unprofessional, inconsiderate, unsolicited approaches, and DMs that are either SPAM or fall into my 'excessive' category.
