Lauren is the Director of Operations for Bethel Redding and also serves as a pastor, leader, and Bethel.TV host. Lauren is passionate about helping people learn how to courageously step into the greatness for which God has created them. With roots in the deep South, Lauren is a California transplant who's a wife to her husband Jason and also a mom of 4! Together, she and Jason are passionate about creating families and cultures of emotional health, freedom, and wholeness.
