Today's guest is Samantha Shvetzoff, who is the owner of Healing Elements Studio in St. Paul, MN. Samantha is a mother and wife, a facilitator of community spaces and a meditation and mindfulness guide who loves people and stories.
Since giving birth to her son nearly two years ago, she has been re-informing her own identity and story and is passionate about holding space for humans to integrate the widely vast resources available to live in divine wholeness.
Samantha has truly done the work on herself and her calm and lovely demeanor will inspire and motivate you to begin your own journey of living in the present moment and create opportunities for stillness in your life.
She encourages individuals to lean into vulnerability, and to cozy up into the spaces that need nurturing with inquiry and a desire to live your authentic truth. She believes that humans are deeply disconnected from our inherent connected nature and that wholeness is our birthright. She leans into the practices of meditation, yoga nidra, mantra, somatics and relies on mindfulness as a lifestyle to create foundational and functional change.
She is fascinated with recalibrating the nervous system and challenging our current structures within the body, mind and emotional systems. She encourages folks to show up to their beliefs, patterns of thought and the way they occupy space with inquiry to uncover wholeness, which is often deeply submerged beneath layers that are no longer serving the self or the collective universal energy of love.
Healing Elements is a unique space of healing and source of connectedness. It is Samantha's dharma to maintain this space for her community and for the larger collective of humanity. She believes deeply in her core that the transformational practices of yoga, meditation, movement, massage therapy, energy healing, herbal medicine and so many other ancient healing techniques all carry infinite opportunity to heal humans, create wider circles of connectedness and bring you closer toward love.
