Katie: In October 2019 I ran the organic acids and hair/tissues mineral analysis test. My organic acid test looked great with a couple recommendations. Recently, I have been experiencing bloating, gas and phlegm in the middle of my esophagus giving me a feeling of shortness of breathe. My primary care doctor thought it could be undetected acid reflux?What would u suggest given I did the above test 8 months ago ? Run more test? Or do a protocol?Katie
Melissa: Hi Dr. Cabral - I have listened to your podcast for a long time and I am forever grateful for manifesting health in my life. I struggle to find a direct answers guiding those of us who have had complete hysterectomies - both ovaries have been removed. I had this procedures at 40. I struggle with weight gain, low energy, no libido and concentration/mood issues. My doctor slapped an Estradiol patch on my bottom the day of my surgery, which I've continued to this day. She said, tongue in cheek, if I want to stay married I'd never go without. I'll be 50 this year. What unique considerations must people in our shoes consider due to having no ovaries? What about pellet therapy recommendations? What about Estradiol patch? I want to pursue natural methods. I'm not sure if I'm harming my body and what options I should consider as I feel my hormones are not right and I'm really struggling. :-(
Lorena: I'm planning to do the CBO protocol because I have a lot of digestive issues. However, I can't afford to do testing so how do I know if I should do the parasite protocol before the CBO protocol and whether I need to add the GSE drops as well? Just wondering if there are any specific symptoms that might help me choose the right path to take... So my question is basically: How do I know if I need to add the GSE drops and/or the parasite protocol before the CBO protocol?
Marni: Hi Dr. Cabral! Have you heard of amla oil for healthy hair and hair growth? It seems to be based in Ayurveda and Indian gooseberry is the main active component. I searched your previous episodes on hair and didn't hear you mention it, so I was wondering if it's effective or safe. Thank you!
Pip: Hi Dr Cabral,I had a holter Monitor fitted for ectopic beats last week and the results have come back saying that during the night the monitor recorded that I had Periods of Mobitz 2 second degree heart block. I’m 31 years old and consider myself fairly healthy. This has come as a shock to me. Do you have any knowledge or ideas in regards to this? Thank you! (I will be seeing a cardiologist when I can get an appt)
Katharina: Hello! I am a long time listener and am working through IHP level 1 now. I am learning so much and am very excited to begin to help others with their health! I have healed some of my own gut and stress issues, but I have one that I don’t know what to do about.Over the last year or two, I developed melasma on my face and I am not sure why. Is there anything I can do to help it from the inside? My dermatologist wants to laser it to remove it. It’s not really all that bad, but if I could make it better in a more non invasive way, I would. Thank you for all your knowledge and I look forward to your answer.
