Therefore, it is prudent, we uplevel our inner skills now so we lead consciously at work and in the world. In the months to come, I will outline the 6 conscious inner game skills we can all learn and grow to become the people we need to be to impact the greatest positive change in the years to come. In today’s solo episode, I will guide you in how to cultivate the skill of self-awareness as a way of turning inward, reflecting on your experiences, your motivations and the consequences of your actions so that you can continue to learn and grow. By cultivating the inner game of self awareness, others will perceive you as confident, present, capable, even visionary.
