After being told he'd never play football again, Spencer knew that no matter what happened, God had a plan for his life.
He shares how after making a bad decision from a night of "fun," God used the time to help him mature and put Spencer back on track.
Part of Spencer's journey included being diagnosed with ADHD.
He shares what life was like for him before his diagnosis and the two things he found that helped him focus and start living life with purpose and drive. In fact, in the episode, he states that after applying these two things, "I started doing better in every area of my life!"
And spoiler alert!!! Spencer shares a secret that he had never told my husband and I. I have to admit, I needed a moment to process that one!
