The Power of Knowing Your Needs as a Working Mum

As working mums if we want to thrive it's vital that we know what our needs are and take intentional action to get them met.

Sounds simple doesn't it?

But like finding the seam on the sellotape when you haven't used it in a while.  Or finding a matching pair of socks in the laundry.  Or folding a fitted sheet.  Knowing and meeting our needs as mothers can be deceivingly difficult.

Our wellbeing is closely tied to having our needs met, so unless we can understand our needs, we'll struggle to truly thrive.
