“Within real estate, things have been very disjointed. They're very different. So, multifamily and industrial have done really well in the last five months. You know, we haven’t seen a big change in occupancy. We haven’t seen a big change in delinquency, we’ve c---, seen some, so it’s not a good time for us. But relative to other asset classes in real estate, it’s very reasonable to say that multifamily has truly outperformed.” – Neal Bawa
