Brittney Krznaric has been an emergency room nurse for nine years. Her husband and she started looking at investment properties when their daughter (2nd child) was only a few weeks old and Brittney was sick of both of them working constantly and not spending enough time at home with their babies. They currently have four single family homes, one of which was completely remodeled using the brrrr method, are under contract for their first multifamily duplex. Brittney never wanted to get into real estate investing but her husband is the one who convinced her. Now she’s obsessed and can’t imagine doing anything else!
