On this week’s podcast, I am discussing what medical school didn’t teach about weight loss. As physicians, we feel we should know how to manage weight - we’ve been through medical school and learned how to keep the human body healthy. However, medical school actually taught us the opposite, with a schedule and workload that ingrain the necessity of quick fixes as a way to cope and manage stress.
Listen to this episode to learn the most important things I have learned about eating and weight that we weren’t taught in medical school.
