How am I dealing with all of this? This was a great question from a friend of mine this week.
Quick answer: I'm not. But, I am.
I am dealing with it by not dealing with in a way. I am very strict about filtering what I am consuming about the state of the world. I am in the know of all of the major things but I am not allowing the toxicity to enter my world and my mindset.
I am taking care of my physical health in a much bigger way (with the 3 Ps...listen in to find out what they are) and I am making sure to create space (even a few minutes) for me each day.
