Frances didn’t learn the power of self-leadership from her family, but rather through her interactions with others on her journey. Now, she shares this knowledge with others through professional speaking, mentoring/coaching, writing, and consulting. Her mission is to help people at the beginning of their spiritual journey to answer their soul’s yearning for creating greater connection and meaning in whatever form they choose.
Through a blend of moving stories, Frances’ book, Journey to Joy, reveals practical guidance, personal memoir, and tools to answer the question, “who do you choose to be?” Drawing on her own search for understanding, a restlessness, and a lack of purpose, Frances shares the impact of growing up within a household of high-functioning alcoholism, emotional abuse, and bullying. Covering experiences more common than many of us wish to admit, this is a book of hope, of finding your way, and ultimately creating a life of meaning and joy.
