I have noticed that so many in the music industry are losing their passion and fight on how to survive and I wanted to create something to help them do that. So today I’m going to go in much more detail and tell you about the online community I’ve created and am in the process of building and why I think it’s so vital for us all to belong to communities like this and really step up and get involved in them.
Community has been decimated by coronavirus, physical community, so online community is where it has to be for us all right now and beyond. Think of the opportunities to connect with people from all over the world.
I created the Meant4Music Community on FB. I would like to address the FB haters, I’m with you, I totally understand the irresponsible ways that FB is used and how addicting, manipulating it can be. That is why I decided if I was going to create something new on the platform it was going to be for the better of the community. I have been a part and continue to be a part of many communities of FB that have helped me move forward in many ways, that’s why I know it works and can work if you step up and become an active part of it.
I currently have a number of members in my community that I met in other FB Communities for music, who I have hired and collaborated with and continue to work with who are doing excellent work and excellent projects.
