Practicing an attitude of gratitude is a great step towards not only joy and internal peace, it has a physiological impact on your stress response and your health. But perhaps even bigger than that, when you take your gratitude into action - it significantly improves the confidence and joy factor for you and the person you chose to express it to.
Keep writing your gratitude in your journal, for sure. And start your gratitude in action list so you can start amplifying your gratitude experience with next week's episode.
