As designers and business owners, we always want to leave a lasting impression on our clients. We often focus on just giving them a beautiful and perfect final product. But guess what, that's NOT all that matters. The thing that clients remember the most is the experience! Clients will remember and focus on how easy or difficult the process of working with you was. If you don't provide a good client experience you won't receive the best referrals.
