Originally an outdoor instructor from New Zealand, Arjuna Ishaya has been a monk and spiritual teacher since 2003.
Arjuna's aim is to make meditation and mindfulness accessible for real people – not only as a tool for spiritual enlightenment but to make peace practical: to enhance people’s ability to get what they want from life while having the most fun possible.
He is currently working with the British military bomb disposal regiment and London’s Metropolitan Police.
Arjuna lives in Richmond, North Yorkshire, UK with his beautiful family.
