Colleen was living the dream life - a handsome, rich husband, a beautiful child and one on the way, and a stunning New York farmhouse - when she got the call. A nurse told her that her husband was in detox for opioid abuse. Colleen had no idea. This moment transformed her life and brought her into the world of addiction and recovery, a place she never thought she’d be in. She shares how this experience has inspired her to advocate on behalf of family members of addicted patients and to create her publishing company to help heal and transform
