Life is full of breaks. From school (recess, winter break, Christmas break) to work (coffee break, lunch break, holidays) to sporting events (half time, times outs, commercial breaks) breaks are an important part to our mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health. Sometimes life becomes “heavy” and it seems like we just can’t seem to Catch a Break. Thankfully, we don’t have to rely on just catching a break, we can learn how to HAVE A BREAK and lift some of that weight.
