Coach Michael Massucci is also a President of AEO: Leadership LLC. The values of Attitude-Excellence-Others (AEO) are the core of his mission and message. Using the principles from his books, Coach Massucci currently advises student-athletes, coaches, athletic departments, and organizations.
Coach Massucci is a graduate of Central Michigan University, where he earned a major in history, a minor in reading, and a professional coaching certificate. He later earned his master’s degree from Oakland University in Reading and Language Arts. Coach Massucci has completed the Galileo Leadership Program, is certified in the Steven Covey Leadership Program, trained by the Disney Leadership Institute, and is a facilitator of Restorative Practices.
A former 20-year varsity basketball coach, Michael is currently employed by Bloomfield Hills Schools, where he teaches American History, instructs a Mindset Class, and facilitates a leadership seminar, which hosts successful people from all walks of life.
