He has been a great leader in all areas of his life with titles like “Engineer Of The Year” for the state of Utah, Eagle Scout then Silver Beaver in Boy Scouts of America, Bishop, High Council Member and Father. He is quiet but firm, he is calculated but not slow to act. When he decides to add his opinion to the discussion people listen and learn from him. His leadership is powerful without force or ego.
