Sarah has been helping people reduce stress since 2001. She is the founder of tsdmind.org — TSD Mindfulness, a virtual meditation center. TSD Mindfulness offers training and certification programs to therapists and meditation teachers for stress reduction. Sarah Vallely has been facilitating meditation workshops to a global audience for 20 years, certifying therapists, teachers, and healthcare workers to teach mediation and mindfulness. Candidates learn assessment, analysis, psycho-spiritual education, and mindfulness protocols. She has written four books on the topic of meditation and anxiety. Sarah also founded Satya International, a certification program for people teaching meditation to children. She has closed Satya International to focus on her coaching and virtual meditation center. Sarah Vallely has been formally trained in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (CPI), Vipassana Buddhist practice, Hawaiian Huna practice, hypnotherapy, guided imagery, and past-life regression. She has taught in the public school system, as well as, worked in psychiatric treatment.
