Darren: Good day Dr. Cabral. I used the search feature and found nothing hence this question. Do you ever use bladderwrack in your practice? If so, what is it used for, the benefits etc?
Mike: Hi Dr Cabral, is it possible for probiotic supplements to contain dead bacteria or mold? I took a probiotic supplement and it made me very sick within 3 weeks of taking it. I’m practically having all the symptoms mold toxicity. Chronic fatigue, muscle weakness, muscle twitching, joint pain, brain fog, red eyes and shortness of breath, constipation and other symptoms. What test should I run and what supplements or protocol should I take?

Thank you so very much for this.I am starting the IHP program in 2021 and I’m so excited. Right now I’m on day 11 of my first 21 day detox. For the last 5 nights I haven’t had a nightmare (which previously I have had the same reoccurring nightmare every night at the same time - 40 minutes after I fall asleep, for the last few years). I know this is related to the detox as I’ve changed nothing else in my life at this moment. My question for you is why is this happening? Thank you again.
Patti: Hi Dr Cabral! I just started listening to your podcasts and they have really helped motivate me to start caring about my health again. I have four questions.1. I am very lazy about eating breakfast. I’m a vegetarian (I eat eggs and cheese) and am always hungry! A smoothie doesn’t do it for very long. What is the best breakfast to keep me full?2. My mom passed away from pancreatic cancer. Anything I can do to prevent this cancer?3. My sister just discovered a parotid tumor that she will eventually have removed. Do you have any information to share on parotid tumors?4. Wondering how your labs differ from labs that would be done at a “regular” doctor. They take so much more blood during those tests which is a big fear of mine. Why are yours different? And does using less blood make them less effective?Thank you!
