Contrary to popular belief plant-based and vegan ways of eating and living are actually different from one another. In today’s Weekly Digest Britt compares the two lifestyles highlighting both their similarities and differences, pointing out why they are two separate diet trends. Britt goes on to discuss the flexibility in living a plant-based lifestyle and that it’s not always an all or nothing way of life. In fact it’s possible to still consume animal products every now and again and still consider oneself to be plant based. If you take anything away from this episode just remember that choosing to go vegan is a decision based on your empathy for the animals, while choosing to go plant based is a decision based on your health and well-being.
