“Grounding is to be connected to the earth and anything that is conductive and connected to earth will have electrical charge.”
“When you have any sort of pain in your body, or anxiety, or irritability- the longer you go it will manifest as arthritis, MS, Lupus, Cancer.”
What is grounding? How is grounding tied to inflammation in the body? How can grounding help combat disease? On this episode we sit down with the “Grandfather of Grounding”, Clint Ober. Clint is CEO of Earth FX Inc., a research and development company located in Palm Springs, California. "Grounding is to be connected to the earth and anything that is conductive and connected to earth will have electrical charge."
“Our bodies are the most electrical thing on the planet. Every cell, our mind, our nerves, our heart, everything connects with electrical communication."
“Being ungrounded we build up these electrical charges in our bodies and it affects our nervous system”
“Just go and watch the animals in the woods. They don’t have cardiovascular disease, they don’t have plaque on their teeth, they don’t have lupus, MS, fibromyalgia, they don’t have this host of modern health disorders.”
"People who have chronic inflammation, when they first get grounded they can feel it. Like a battery being charged. "
