Last March, when COVID-19 was pushing the limits of the healthcare community, Ben Schecter was inspired by their sacrifice and created Feed the Front Line. A recent college graduate working at Bain & Company, he quit his high-paying job and co-founded a non-profit that buys meals from local restaurants struggling to cope with COVID-19 restrictions and delivers them to front line healthcare workers. He joins Patrick in the Leadership Lab to discuss how looking beyond yourself can cause you to see the needs of those around you, challenge you to take action, and allow you to find true meaning.
