In part 4 of this 4 part series, I conduct an actual sales role-play. Sophia plays the part of the customer and I play the role of the studio owner. My objective was to upsell a customer (Sohpia) inquiring about private voice lessons. The customer's mind is set on private lessons. My challenge is to persuade her that my Glee program will actually better met her needs.
