Go Reflect Yourself was created after years, of being a corporate employee as well as an independent business owner. Throughout all of those years, I learned that no matter what level of success people had achieved, and specifically financial success, typically they were still missing something, missing true joy, well-being, and fulfillment. I’ve spent a career helping business owners, leaders and entrepreneurs learn the skills needed to discover their inner brilliance, and that’s how Go Reflect Yourself was born…and my goal is to help as many as possible learn the necessary skills to achieve ultimate fulfillment and wellbeing.
Today I have with me, Pete Hinojosa- who focuses on developing human capital and growth potential. Originally a science teacher, Pete realized that if you focus on the individual and help them bring out their best, then great things can happen.
As the Director of Human Capital Development at Insperity, and as the creator of Quest Leadership dynamics, Pete has spent his entire career developing people. He integrates the DISC model into his leadership training and he also has a mission to equip servant leaders of each generation to be a positive influence in the community.

A.G. “Pete” Hinojosa has more than 25 years of experience in training and development. His background includes design, development, and delivery of training curriculum with subject matter expertise in leadership. Pete has owned his own company since 1997, Quest Leadership Dynamics. Pete has traveled internationally as a keynote speaker and leadership expert for companies. Currently, Pete is the Director of Human Capital Development at Insperity a multi-billion-dollar company where he developed and delivers leadership training to all leaders across 3400+ employees.
He received his degree in Biology and Composite Science in Education from the University of Texas. He is a published author and is a Master Trainer and Thought Leader in DISC the Model of Human Behavior.
