We are thrilled to bring you today’s guest, Ashley Sondergaard.
Ashley is a yoga teacher, an entrepreneur and host of the Yoga Magic podcast. For 8 years, she has studied yoga, meditation, astrology and mindfulness practices that prioritize self-care and self-discovery. After having her two girls, Ashley discovered the hard way that taking care of yourself first is the only way to take care of others. Today, she supports her students & clients in up leveling their everyday routines into magical self-care rituals.
We had a very engaging conversation with Ashley about self-care, unique well-being practices, and manifestation, some of our favorite topics. We dove into the importance of self-care, creating self-care rituals and reducing stress. Ashley offered a bunch of self-care tips that can be incorporated into one's life right away, such as honoring your basic needs like eating healthy foods and drinking water regularly. She talks about the importance of "trying on what you like" and finding what works for you.
We also dove deeper into the super fascinating topic of unique well-being and spirituality practices. We discussed Taro readings, astrological birth charts, shadow work, past lives regressions and more. We loved hearing all about these modalities that are so new to us. Ashley is such an engaging and fun person to talk with and we are excited to share this conversation with you!
