Sarah Hayes is a plant based blogger at Bad to the Bowl where her focus is to create whole food recipes with normal ingredients that taste delicious! She has been featured on One Bite Vegan and has created recipes for Core and Rind, Uno Casa and Fit Fab Life Training. She believes in the power of food as a healing agent and loves to help others be more plant forward by incorporating more wholesome food into their meal time. She podcasts with her husband on the Bowl of Life where they talk about food, faith and family and how those impact our lives everyday.
