Having a plan has saved Daniel Diederich’s dairy more than once. In his 10+ years as owner of the family operation, he’s experienced nearly as many challenges. But a commitment to the long-term vision and the ability to adapt and pivot has kept him from selling the farm.
Daniel has fought barn fires, extreme weather conditions, tight budgets and broken fences to continue his dream of success. As a 3rd generation dairyman, he believes in the power of understanding the numbers and believing in the future to accomplish his mission.
