We are thrilled to bring you today’s guest, Alison (Ali) Levine, who is a celebrity stylist, TV personality, podcaster, content creator and influencer.
Born and raised in New York, Ali has worked for some of the biggest names in the Fashion Industry. About 10 years ago Ali and her now husband relocated to Los Angeles, California where she became a household name as a celebrity stylist. She appeared with her husband on Bravo's hit show, "Stripped” and she makes regular appearances on local and national television.
Ali hosts a podcast ‘EVERYTHING with Ali Levine’ that you should definitely subscribe to as she has amazing guests on her show that will inspire you and make you laugh.
In today’s conversation Ali opens up and shares her personal journey and her awakening that occurred after being on 'Stripped' and how she was very focused on her career and very disconnected from her personal life.
She gets vulnerable when she talks about the traumatic birth of her first daughter and her postpartum depression. Ali believes the universe gave her the opportunity of Stripped to prepare her for the birth of her daughter. Ali shares how she had to let go of the picture she created in her mind about what her life had to look like or had to be and she learned how to just be herself. She realized she’s a different version of herself after becoming a mom and she has transformed into a new season of her life. She has such great advice for moms, as well as anyone who is going through a life transformation.
Like so many of us during the pandemic, Ali has also embraced the slower pace and she shares the lessons that she’s learned and how she’s allowed this to be a time of growth and learning. She also shares her daily rituals.
Ali is truly real and raw and this conversation goes deep into her life’s journey and her amazing transformation into the amazing woman, mom and wife that she is today.
