I decided it might be good to hear from me once in a while about topics I feel passionate about related to sovereignty and radical embodied devotion.
Today I'm talking about the Rescuer pattern, one of the most common patterns I see in the healers, connectors, bridge builders, and change agents I work with, and one I've maintained for most of my life until my wake up call.
